Lincecum has to appear in front of the judge

It is reported on Tuesday that Clark County District Court Judge Darvin Zimmerman has ordered the Giants' Tim Lincecum to appear in Vancouver, Wash., court on Dec. 2 for an arraignment on charges related to his traffic stop in that county on Oct.30, when he was found in 3.3 grams of marijuana and a smoking pipe. Lincecum had reached a standard plea agreement in which he admitted buying or selling a smoking pipe and will pay $372.

Lincecum has to complete the formality by appearing in court -- where the plea deal will be presented and likely signed.
"The judge just said everyone else has to do it, so he does, too," prosecuting attorney Grant Hansen told The Chronicle. Well, this time he has to take off his giants jersey and be punished by law.
